A dear friend of ours is searching for their beloved Louis. Please contact us at sean@onthegreenpath.ca if you have found or seen him.

“Louis the Cat is missing! Last seen on June 25 in our yard at 245 Spence Street in West Broadway. Louis is a male cat, 10 pounds with a white patch on his front chest. He has yellow eyes and wears a red & black collar with a silver and black ID tag that has a fish skeleton on it. He is tattooed and micro chipped.

Louis is intensely curious and may have found his way into a car, shed or garage. He may also have found his way through an open window or door – please check for him! He is very silky and slinky and responds well to his name when called.”

Thanks to Homestead Survival for introducing us to these! They are called Cloudberries and they sound and look utterly fantastic! Given the zones and ground conditions in which they thrive I bet they would do wonderfully in Winnipeg. It looks like they grow similar to strawberries so I bet they would do well in aquaponics. I want to find some of these to try. They would make an excellent addition to the winter crops.
